This and other personal information you may have disclosed during the course of your correspondence with our BPI Bankers Online will be used for the purpose of providing financial advice upon your request. BPI will not sell this information to any other party.

BPI Bankers Online discourages users from divulging bank account related information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BPI Bankers Online is a service provided by the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to provide an avenue for online users to ask for general financial advice from representatives of the Bank.  This service is available for both clients and non-clients of the bank.  Advice from the BPI Bankers Online should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision of the user.


BPI Bankers Online is not a transactional platform, thus we strongly discourage users from posting or disclosing any account-related information. BPI shall not be held liable nor responsible for any information posted or disclosed herein. The User hereby waives any and all rights that the User may have under any applicable Bank secrecy and Data Privacy laws relative to such disclosure of account-related information.  Any customer service request that requires disclosure of any personal or account information shall be referred to the appropriate unit of the BPI Contact Center for processing.


BPI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.  BPI MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET THE USER’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.  BPI MAKES AND THE USER RECEIVES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.


Users of this service hold the Bank and other members of the BPI Unibank as well as any of their officers and representatives free and harmless, as well as indemnify them from any and all liabilities, claims, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, economic loss, loss of business, loss of computer files or programs, or other damages, suits of whatever nature, arising out of or in connection with the implementation and use of this service, including any and all errors inadvertently committed.  The Bank will not be liable for any losses, resulting from circumstances over which the Bank has no direct control, including, but not limited to, the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines or other interconnect problems, severe weather, earthquakes, floods or other such events.


The Bank may  modify, amend or revise the terms and conditions applicable to any of the services provided through BPI Bankers Online.  Continued use of the BPI Bankers Online app will constitute acceptance of the modifications and revised agreement. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the use of the service in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.
